Carborobot

The CARBOROBOT uses a unique, rotating-grate technology. This technology provides substantial advantages over the delicate auger-based technology used in other boilers. The rotating-grate easily removes the cinder from the fire box even if the cinder sticks or fuses together. This is a true multi-fuel boiler outperforming other known boilers owning to it’s self-cleaning ability. The CARBOROBOT boilers have been operating for many years now with poor quality fuels that have low caloric value, but high caking cinder content. Wide variety of such fuels can be burnt in the CARBOROBOT which are otherwise forbidden in other boilers. Examples for such materials are the hay-corn pellets (agripellets), wood-bark brown pellets, wood-chips contaminated with soil, rocky brown coal or wet lignite.
This excellent feature is enhanced by the active agitator and vibrator system located in the fuel container. This ensures that all kind of problematic materials are moved into the fire box.

CARBOROBOT boilers are modern devices tested to European standard EN 303-5 :1999. and use modern multifuel tecnhonolgy of CARBOROBOT Co. They are suitable for multiple deployment to create heating centres of several megawatts of total heating capacity. Designed for sensor and motor driven automatic operation and CARBOROBOT boilers can function in unsupervised environments.
The system is microprocessor controlled; remote monitoring and remote control is also implemented. The boilers can be installed in groups, hence large thermal power station can be impemented supplying up to even several MW of output power. Due to the wide product range, large variety of applications are available such as heating a family house, schools, factories or public buildings. Agricultural users enjoy the benefit of low-cost biomass that costs substantially less than the gas.
